Novabase buys 3,092 more own shares and holds 6.53% of the capital

Novabase bought, in the last week, 3,092 more own shares, in the scope of its repurchase program, and now holds 6.53% of its share capital, it was communicated to the market today.
According to the information sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), Novabase bought 400 shares last Monday, 792 on Tuesday and another 300 titles on the following day.
Already today it has purchased 1,600 of its own shares, making a total of 3,092 securities in the last week.
“As of January 9, 2023, Novabase held, as a result of the acquisition operations indicated herein, an accumulated total of 2,050,505 own shares, representing 6.53% of the share capital,” reads the statement sent to the regulator.
Of this total, 962,194 shares, representing 3.06% of the share capital, are held through Novabase Consulting.
Novabase began trading, under the share buyback program, on September 29, 2021, following a decision by the Board of Directors.
