Ita Airways: the Ministry of Economy indicates the members of the board of directors

The Ministry of Economy and Finance, in view of the shareholders’ meeting, indicated as members of the board of directors of Ita (Italia Trasporto Aereo Spa): Antonino Turicchi as chairman and Fabio Lazzerini as managing director. It also designated directors Gabriella Alemanno, Frances Ousleey, and Ugo Arrigo.

Antonino Turicchi is a longtime Mef executive, where he most recently served as general manager of the Finance and Privatization Division. Previously, he was director general of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and oversaw its transformation into a joint stock company. Among other things, he previously served on the board of Alitalia – Cai (Compagnia Aerea Italiana) and was executive director of the City of Rome during Gianni Alemanno’s tenure.

Fabio Lazzerini is reappointed as CEO of Ita, appointed in 2020 as Ad of Alitalia and in 2021 of Ita. He previously served as commercial director of Emirates Italy.
